Scrutineering
There will be two scrutineering sessions available at the ET Joshua airport facility.
- Sunday October 27th from 3pm – 5pm
- Monday October 28th from 8am – 10am
We have added the Sunday session to reduce the number of cars to be checked on Monday which is the day of the event. Drivers are asked to take advantage of this if possible.
Safety Requirements
All drivers/riders must sign the Entry Form. Each driver will receive coloured bands for him or herself and accompanying pit crew members.

Car Safety Requirements
- Helmet
- Long pants
- Covered shoes
- Fire Extinguisher
Motorcycle Safety Requirements
- Full faced helmet
- Leather jacket or equivalent
- Long pants
- Full leather boots and gloves
Other Safety Information
- Seat belt requirement for cars slower than 11.99 – MINIMUM three point lap/sash required
- Seat belt requirement for cars quicker than 11.99 – MINIMUM four point harness required
If a car runs quicker than 10.99 or bike runs quicker than 10.00 the vehicle and driver/rider must comply with all relevant safety requirements. Any vehicles running quicker than these times at the event and does not comply with the relevant safety requirements and directives of the marshalls will not be permitted to take any further part in the event.
